Description:
This patch tries to optimize the updating of the summary view after receiving new mail.  If no new messages were received, summary refreshing is not performed; this alse avoids unfortunate side effect (like losing multiple selection).

Notes:
Currently only receiving from spool is optimized; after POP3 receive the summary view will be refreshed even if no messages were received.
If "Update all local folders after incorporation" is set, the summary view is always refreshed (this setting means new messages may appear behind the back of Sylpheed).
Apply with "patch -p0" in the Sylpheed directory.
