Description:
This patch fixes the problem with keeping the same message selected after receiving mail, when "Expand threads" is unchecked.  (If the selected message was not at the top level, it was no longer selected after receiving.)
Also, when the folder was empty before receving (so there were no selected message), the first unread message is selected (but not immediately displayed); this fixes the problem with disabled toolbar buttons in this case.

Notes:
Apply with "patch -p0" in the Sylpheed directory.
