Description:
This patch minimizes allocations in Sylpheed's XML parser by storing XML tags and attributes in a hash table. Especially useful for people with huge address books or huge folder lists. Should also speed up sylpheed a tiny bit when reading XML files.

Notes:
patch using -p0 in the sylpheed directory
should be hacked into claws soon (currently claws is frozen)
