This patch fixes a problem with the base64 decoder in Sylpheed: inability to decode base64 data with unusual line length (not a multiple of 4). RFC2045 does not forbid such things, and apparently there are some base64 encoders which produce this kind of encoding.

Notes:
Apply with "patch -p0" in the Sylpheed directory.
