Hello,

Since there were no strong objection about relicensing,
I'm going to change the license of Sylpheed from the next
release (and the next 0.7.4-x put in Debian).

1. Removal of "NO-VIRUS CLAUSE".

2. Addition of the following clause:

Specific permission is granted for the GPLed code in this distribition to
be linked to OpenSSL without invoking GPL clause 2(b).
