What I trying to do is removing the non-virus clause and adding the
following line:

  Specific permission is granted for the GPLed code in this distribition
  to be linked to OpenSSL without invoking GPL clause 2(b).

Since fetchmail removed the non-virus clause, there's no reason to keep
the clause any longer (it spoils the intention of GPL anyway).

If we are going to change the license, we had better do that at a time.
