Is relicensing of the older version allowed? I think changing the license
from the next release is better.

Despite of it's allowed or not, I believe I have to get the everyone's
approval who have the copyright in source code before.

(so this issue should be discussed not only in claws ML, but also in
sylpheed and sylpheed-jp ML).
