Description:
This patch enables the "auto-check for new mail" feature for imap accounts (right now its only for POP). The "Get All" Button in the taskbar is also working for IMAP accounts.
A new checkbox "Activate Get_All and Auto_Check for this account" can be found in the account preferences under the IMAP section. It s function  is similar to the "Get_All checks for new mail on this account".



Notes:
No seperate window "Rescaning all folders trees" will be shown on following events: Auto_check ,start of program,Get all,File->Rescan
IMAP Accounts without the checked "Activate Get_All and Auto_Check for this account" will normally NOT update. Only possible way is via the Pull-down  menu of the correspoding folderview of that account.
