Description:
This patch adds a separate username/password setting for SMTP authentication, allowing to set different usernames and/or passwords for sending (SMTP) and receiving (POP3/IMAP4). This   is needed for some servers.

Notes:
Previous version of this patch also included a fix for SMTP AUTH password querying; this is already fixed in Sylpheed 0.6.5.
In this version, if you leave the SMTP userid field empty, Sylpheed will use the same username and password for both SMTP and POP3/IMAP4 and query the password only once.
Apply with "patch -p0" in the Sylpheed directory.
