Description:
This patch let you set the priority level of a message when composing it and adds 'X-Priority' (de facto standard) and 'Importance' (official standard) headers when priority is everything but normal. Available X-Priorities are Highest, High (both equivalent to 'Importance: high'), Normal (default), Low and Lowest (the last two equivalent to 'Importance: low'). 

Notes:
Gunzip then apply patch with 'patch -p0 < sylpheed-0.6.4.priority.patch'
