Description:
This patch adds a separate username/password setting for SMTP authentication, allowing to set different usernames and/or passwords for sending (SMTP) and receiving (POP3/IMAP4). This is needed for some servers.
The patch also fixes the problem when no password was specified and SMTP AUTH was in use (this caused a crash). Now Sylpheed asks for the password before sending the message in this case (like with POP3/IMAP4 password).

Notes:
Apply with "patch -p0" in the Sylpheed directory.
