Description:
This patch fixes the problem with backgroung POP3 receive when the receive dialog is disabled.  If you were working with some dialog at the moment of receive, Sylpheed could crash, or the toolbar buttons and menu items could stay disabled (and Exit would not work).

Notes:
Apply with "patch -p0" in the Sylpheed directory.
